The Ridge at Hiwan & Hiwan
Evergreen's most established neighborhood of larger custom homes surrounding Hiwan Golf Club, with easy access to Bergen Park and Evergreen Parkway.
Genesee
Mountain-contemporary homes on a covenant-protected ridge, with a community center, pool, and trails through Genesee Park. Fifteen minutes to Golden.
Evergreen Lake & Downtown
